She is survived by: her mother Francis Evelyn McCoy-Owensby; her children, Angela Pierce, Theresa Philips, Charles Philips and Steven Philips; her grandchildren, Shauntaye, Justin, Krystle, Dezaray, Monica, Naomi, Mason and Ariana-Marie; her great grandchildren, Aralynn, Carter, Nicholas and Jay Jay; the fathers of children, William Doak and Charles Philips Jr. (Eva); her children-in-law, Chasity Dishman, Jenny Philips, Christine Philips, Rusty Pierce and Jeff Wright; her sister June; her niece Wanda; her cousins, Shelly, Kendall Stockum, Randy and Greg Stockum; and her caregiver Kaye Queen.
