She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Vandevort and Mary Vandevort (Leggett); and her siblings, Kathy Bordner, Nancy Myers, John and William Vandevort.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Slutz; her children, Angela Norquest (Scott), Mandy Pullins (Michael), Eric Slutz (Monica) and Randy Slutz; her sister Terry Davidson; her grandchildren, Allison McKinney (Cody), Connor Norquest (Chloe), Cameron Norquest (Emily), Madison Mattox (Cameron), Austin Slutz and Ge'Kye Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Kingston Bird, Kolten McKinney, Roy McKinney, Kyler McKinney, Octavia Habrun, Jazlyn Tharp, Ella Wynn McKinney (Wynnie), Ceylon Mattox and Renli Mattox. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sandy Valley Church of God (11281 OH-800, Magnolia, OH 44643). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
