He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Slaughter and Nora Slaughter (Hines); and his wife Lori Slaughter. He is survived by: his children, Brandy, Paige, Daryl and Robbie; and his siblings, Tammie and Paul. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
