She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Chambers and Rose Chambers (Birdzack); her husband Alfred Booth; her siblings, Eva Burns, John Chambers, Rich Chambers and Joe Chambers; and her siblings-in-law, John Galentine and Shelly Chambers.

She is survived by: her son Mike Booth (Tabatha); her grandson Andrew Booth; her siblings, Charles Chambers (Karen), Jean George (Wayne), Mary Shirley (Sam), Donna Galentine and Betty Houser (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Tim Burns, Barb and Marie Chambers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
