He is survived by: his parents, Angela Cappillo and Jerome Cappillo; his siblings, Ben, Jaden (Kali) and Savannah Cappillo; his grandparents, Susan, John Cheese of Akron, Benny and Linda Cappillo of East Sparta; his aunts and uncles, Angela, Derek Murphy, Chad and Julie Arbogast; and his friends, Michael Lewton, Issac Knight, Kevin McKinney and Ryan Mosberger.
