He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Miller Smith; his daughters, Jessie Kerr, Debra Dadisman (John), Karen Schoppelrey (Perry) and Paula Sams (Jim); and his sister Wanda Maclam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
