He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Costello and Louise Costello (Zink). He is survived by: his children, Olivia, Alicia Costello, Daniel Costello (Chelsea) and Cameron Costello; and his siblings, Karen Hough (Jim), Christine Tozzi (Michael), Nancy Sommer (Mark) and William Costello (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tim's name may be made to St. James Catholic Church, or St. James School, 400 West Lisbon St., Waynesburg 44688.
