He was predeceased by: his son Michael Kenser; his parents, Leslie Parr and Ruth Parr; and his brother Tim Parr (Linda). He is survived by: his wife Anna Parr; and his children, Jeffrey Parr (Rose), Jennie Valentine (Tim), Jay Parr (Cathy), Gaylen Kenser, Randy Kenser (Shelly) and Steve Kenser (Stephanie).

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Loveland Chapel (129 Riverside Dr, Loveland, OH 45140). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home (129 Riverside Dr, Loveland, OH 45140).
