He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Jack Jr. (Mary Beth), Kenny (Susan) and David (Sara); his grandchildren, Jenna (Devin), Jackson (Kate), Sarah (Trey), Katelyn (Tommy), Matthew (Keely) and McKinna; his great grandchildren, Reagan, Caleb, Claire, Grayson, Nora and Lila; and his sister Connie Owens of Corbin.
