He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Jack Jr. (Mary Beth), Kenny (Susan) and David (Sara); his grandchildren, Jenna (Devin), Jackson (Kate), Sarah (Trey), Katelyn (Tommy), Matthew (Keely) and McKinna; his great grandchildren, Reagan, Caleb, Claire, Grayson, Nora and Lila; and his sister Connie Owens of Corbin.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Liberty Heights Church (7904 Princeton Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
