He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Pence McKenzie; his brother Larry McKenzie (Bonnie); his nephews, Kent McKenzie (Jennifer) and Kyle McKenzie (Kristen); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan Kimberly (Matthew), Mitch McKenzie, Collin McKenzie and Caroline McKenzie.
