With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Katha K. Kievit of Maineville, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Earl and Mary Imo Sullenberger (Shields); and her brothers, Tom Sullenberger and Kenneth Michael Sullenberger (Mike). She is survived by: her husband David John Kievit; and her children, Christina Erin Kievit of Carmel, Indiana. and Cailie Anne Nicole Kievit of Carmel, Indiana..
