She is survived by: her husband Mike Bush; her children, Alex Phillips (Brendan), Abby Will (William), Summer, Bailey and Riley Bush; her pets, Duke and Balto; her brothers, Mac (Judy) and Bill Morris (Dodi); her siblings-in-law, Michelle Imhulse (Kurt) and Mark Bush (Andrea); and her nieces and nephews, Brandi, Tyler, Cassi, Todd, Derek, Rob, Shannon, David, Matt, Tara, Jason, Phillip, Katie, Chelsea, Jodi and Jackie.
