She is survived by: her husband Richard Slusher; her children, Brandy Blankenship (Scott) of Morrow and Brad Livingston of Maineville; her siblings, Jim Lierman (Nikki), Sherry Woodruff (Rob), Carolyn Williams (Tony), Beverly Sams (Randy) and Melissa Brown (Paul); her grandchildren, Colton Blankenship, Madison and Peyton Livingston; her great grandchild Baylor Booher; and her pet Tebow. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
