He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Bingham; his children, Gail Harvey (Jeff), Jeannine Easterly (Larry) and Connie Hillard (Bruce); his grandchildren, Kenneth Harvey (Tera), Larry Easterly, II (Jen), Cristian Evans, Taylor Hillard (Kate) and Blake Hillard (Arlaina); his great grandchildren, Hayden Harvey, Samantha Harvey, Cheyenne Harvey, Kennedy Harvey, Sophia Easterly, Finn Evans, Olive Hillard, Callum Hillard, Emma Hillard and Lauren Hillard; and his sister Kaye Rader Heseltine (Tom).
