He was predeceased by: his parents, Serapio Medina and Elvira Martinez Medina; his grandparents, Mercedes and Fransica Mauricio; and his brother Edward Medina.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, George G. Medina (Janell) and Carolina Medina (Pamela); his grandchildren, LaTasha Solis (Isaac), Brittany Morgan, Emilio Medina (Tori), Austin Medina and Serapio Medina (Lacey); and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Zy'Aier, Jose, Coralynn, Jaidyn, Ezra, Jamison, Carmen and Mateo.
