She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence "Willard" Skinner and Beulah Skinner (Boudinot); her siblings, Wanda Cone (Don), Lola Holloway (Wayne), Janet Eckert, Lawrence "Junior" Skinner (Midge) and Orville Skinner (Janet); her parents-in-law, Charles and Edith Westfall; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Westfall and Ann Spencer (Gene).
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Westfall (Carol) of Malta, Tina Cooper (Karlen) of McConnelsville and Jason Westfall (Tosha) of Somerset; her great grandchildren, Demetria (Joshua), Liam, Bella Kasun, Laekin Westfall (Blake), Troy Niccum, Tricia Blevins (Corey), MaKayla (Austin), Emerson Campbell, Cole, Cohen Westfall and Alex Westfall; and her siblings-in-law, Don Eckert and Lucy Westfall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
