It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmeda C. Taylor of Malta, Ohio, born in McConnelsville, Ohio, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Scott and Wilma Clawson Scott Waxler; her husband James "Jim" Taylor; and her brother David Drake. She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Taylor of Malta and Cheryl Hanson of McConnelsville; and her sister Penelope Atkinson of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Malta United Methodist Church.
