He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Drake and Hazel Fuller Drake; his wife Linda Drake; and his siblings, Harold, Herbert Drake and Kathleen Hurst.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Drake (Angela) of Malta and Jennifer Murphy (Donald) of Malta; and his grandchildren, Dalton, Peyton Drake, Kayla, Erica and Allan Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
