He is survived by : his daughter Shawna Knox (Cody); his grandchildren, Cameron, Dash Zimmerman, Lincoln Knox, Scarlett Carr and Eric Carr II; his sister Susie Bates (Dickie); his nephew Troy Bates; his niece Michelle Fadorsen; and his friends, Sherry Hennen and Post.
