It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosie E. Cox of Malta, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Hinkle and Winifred Hinkle (Snide); her husband Howard Cox; and her siblings, Ellen Corder, Mary Hale, Geraldine Wilson, Lura Musser, Carrie Stephens, Robert Hinkle, Chuck Hinkle and Hobart Hinkle Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Jodi Lindberg (Larry) of Dover and Donald Newton; her granddaughter Marissa Lindberg of Massillon; and her stepson Tim Cox of Zanesville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
