Don Joseph Nigro Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 9, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Don Joseph Nigro of Malvern, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Don Joseph Nigro to show support.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Don leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Don may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his aunts and uncles, Michael, James Nigro, Pauline Householder, Katherine Leper and Mary Beltz.
He is survived by: his brother Ron Stuckey (Robin); his cousin Angela Lambert of Malvern; and his close friend Tatyana Kot of New York City.
Indeed, his many contributions to American theater, and the greater theater world, were widely recognized, including being twice named James Thurber Writer in Residence at the Thurber House in Columbus.
