She is survived by: her children, Deanna M. Statham (Bob), David G. Poole (Kim) and Michael L. Poole (Tenna); and her stepchildren, Joyce L. Moyer (Todd), Charles C. Ullom (Debbie), Nelson L. Ullom (Vicki) and James D. Ullom. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Pat's memory.
