He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Kelm and Ruth Eleanor Kelm (Nold); and his brother Dr. James Samuel Kelm (Sharon) of Los Angeles, California.. He is survived by: his daughter Carly Stockburger (Rick) of Arlington, Virginia; his grandchildren, Reagan and Jacob Stockburger; and his siblings, Deanna Ruth Danner (Steve) of Lisbon, Brian Robert Kelm (Kathy) of Mount Pleasant and Jon Bradley Kelm (Jackie) of Mount Pleasant. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
