He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph, Carol, Helen, Patrick Arthur (Brenda) of Cherry Fork, Donna Phillips (Denver) of Bentonville, Mike Arthur of Wrightsville, Vicki Copas of Seaman and Jerry Arthur (Kay) of Germantown, KY; and his aunts, Thelma, Frankie and Juanita. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
