She was predeceased by : her parents, John Croney and Bonnie Cummings Croney; and her siblings, John, Wyne, Jean, Nancy "Inez" Croney, Dorothy Rhoton and Roberta Irwin.

She is survived by : her children, Ruth Kidd (Richard Collins) of Manchester, Johnathan Morgan of Sanford and Michelle Swope (Patrick) of Wilmington, NC; and her brother David Crowney of Smyrna, TN. She is also survived by three grandchildren and several extended family.
