He was predeceased by : his stepfather Freddie Holsinger; his brother Joshua Horner; and his grandparents, Charles, Della Hunt Shoemaker, Jess and Helen Wells Hesler.

He is survived by : his parents, Pamela Hesler Holsinger of Manchester and Tommy Shoemaker of Manchester; his children, Bella Jade and Keegan Michael Shoemaker; and his siblings, Joseph Megarry (Hannah Wagner), Sarah Bowling (John Roberts), Carrie Womacks (David Bender), Jessica Markwell (Shawn) and Lakota Thacker.
