She was predeceased by: her parents, C. D. Hendrix and Lucille Hamilton Hendrix; her husband Allen Gaffin; her son Brian Gaffin; and her sister-in-law Ina Hendrix.
She is survived by: her children, Alana Cropper (Richard) and Edward Gaffin (Janet); her daughter-in-law Florence Gaffin; her grandchildren, Alexandra (Lance), Devin (Katheyrine), Matthew (Rachael), Nicholas, Jessica, Kathryn (Kyle), Alexander and Madelyn; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Scarlett, Landen, Logan and Shelby; her siblings, Jack Hendrix, Linda Hoover (Bret) and Mark Hendrix (Carol); and her niece Chrissy Hendrix.
