Shelby Breeze Obituary

We bid farewell to Shelby Breeze of Manchester, Ohio, born in West Union, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 3, 2025 at the age of 84. Shelby touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester "Jack" Whaley and Georgia Whaley (Bentley); her husband Dallas Breeze; her sisters, Ana Ruth Breeze, Shirley McKenzie and Rosalie Bleythe; her grandson Ethan Downs; and her great great grandchild Khaleesi Osborne.

She is survived by: her children, Peggy Downs (Jeff), Pam Fawley (Chuck), Randy Simmons (Pam), Alexa Roush (Adam) and Dallas Breeze (Bo) of Manchester, Ohio; her sister Susie Kidder (Jim); and her close friends, Gay Trotter, Judy Calvert, Judy Gray, Campbell and Robert Lee Roush. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home (216 W Mulberry St, West Union, OH 45693). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials can be made to the Hospice of Hope, Maysville, Kentucky.
