With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Marshall Sharp Jr. of Manchester, Ohio, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on January 20, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Marshall Sharp and Wilma Jean Gilbert Sharp; his son Keith Allen Sharp; and his granddaughter Glenda Mae Coker. He is survived by : his wife Kay Sharp; his sisters, Gloria Jean VanHorn (Joseph) and Sherry Ann Schoettlin (Glenn); his sister-in-law Janet Fish; his daughters, Angela Gierhart (Dale) and Amanda Coker; and his stepchildren, Jackie Hodges (Billy Wilkerson) and Brian Hodges. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 9 nieces and nephews.
