He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jr. Raphael and Jo-Ann Raphael (Northrup); and his daughter Kari Raphael. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Fowler; his children, Nick Raphael (Ann D.), Megan Raphael (Todd D.) and Erin Raphael; his sisters, Melinda Krizan and Charlotte Raphael; his niece Chelsea Mault (Ryan); his nephew Rich Krizan (Adrienne); his aunts and uncles, Larry Raphael (Betty), John Northrup (Linda P.) and Florentine Dearman; Seth Christman.
