Andrew Smith Obituary

Andrew James "Andy" Smith, 23, died Friday, in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital after a brief illness. Andy was born to Edward William Smith and the late Louella Anne Williams Smith in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. He moved to Mansfield in his youth, graduating from Madison Comprehensive High School in 2004. Andy was a former employee of Wal-Mart in Ontario and attended the Peoples Baptist Church.

Andy is survived by his wife Niccole S. Schulte Smith; father: Edward Smith; and 1 Brother: Frank Smith all of Mansfield. He was preceded in death by his mother Louella Smith in 2001.
