He is survived by: his wife Patricia Burns (Harriger); his children, Sharhonda Burns, Arlie Burns, Jr., Natasha Burns and Donovan Burns; and his siblings, Brenda Coleman and Richard Gillum. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
