He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinson Vance and Rhoda Vance. He is survived by: his siblings, Vonley Vance and Phyllis Bennett (Lloyd); his sons, Todd, Tracy and Tony Vance; and his pet Jake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
