She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nemecek and Josephine Nemecek (Mares); her sister Pat; and her brother-in-law John Kuczek. She is survived by: her nephew Jeff Kuczek (Jenny); her niece Laura Rossi; her sister-in-law Margaret Sinnott; her pet Suzie; her parents-in-law, Carl and Louise Celizic; her brother-in-law Mike Celizic; and her pets, Flash, Cody, Toby and Diamond.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richland County Humane Society, reflecting Barb's lifelong love of animals.
