He was predeceased by: his parents, William August and Ruth Genevra Meyer (Charlton); his wife Jennie Laverne Shetterly; his brother-in-law Charles Nalepa (Meyer); his parents-in-law, Raymond and Bertha Shetterly (Walker); and his siblings-in-law, Elverda Radek and Raymond Shetterly, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Katie Danielson (Brian) and Don Meyer (Karen); his grandsons, Jacob (Claire), Ben and Nick Meyer; his great grandchildren, Levi and Elnora Meyer; and his brothers-in-law, Duncan Shetterly (Susie) and Webb Shetterly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family is requesting donations/offerings to Lutheran Disaster Response, Lutheran World Relief or a charity of the giver's choice in lieu of flowers.
