Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maddox Memorial (1148 Walker Lake Rd, Mansfield, OH 44906). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mansfield Memorial Park (2507 Park Ave W, Ontario, OH 44906).
