He was predeceased by: his father Willard O. Horn; his son Timothy G. Horn; and his stepfather Merle G. Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Janice Sue Horn; his children, Willard "Bill" Horn Jr. (Lauree) and Michelle "Shelly" Bearden; and his grandchildren, Aubri, Laura, Tiffany and Nick. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

Willard "Bill" Horn, Sr. age 82, died peacefully at Mansfield Place attended by Southern Care Hospice on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from complications of Parkinson.
