She was predeceased by : her parents, Connor Howard and Mary Olive Howard (Gillam); her former life partner Donald Skaggs I; her husband Michael David Caldwell; her son Donald D. Skaggs II; and her brothers, Johnny Howard and Mark Howard.
She is survived by : her children, Judy Elaine Howard of Morehead, KY, John "Boe" Skaggs of Mansfield and James Henry Skaggs (Missy) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Genie, Matthew, Dawna, Nikki, Desiree and Connor; and her siblings, Vanessa Chambles (Henry) of Denver, CO, Shirley Fultz of Olive Hill, KY and Barb Middleton (Chuck) of Mansfield.
