He was predeceased by: his mother Faith Arlene Hurst; and his children, Estella Mae and Bryan Adam. He is survived by: his father Ronald Lee "Ron" Hurst, Sr. of Shelby; and his siblings, Pamela Zilch (Steven) of South Point, Tamela Craft of Lancaster, Rhonda Noble (Dave) of Lancaster, Becky Rager of Shelby, Ronald Lee Hurst, Jr. of Corning and Bruce Hurst (Tina) of Crestline. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
