He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Harper, Sr. and Myrtle Harper (Walker); his siblings, Cecil Harper (Janet), Mark Harper (Mary), James Dailey (Margie), Doneen Poulton (Bruce), Bethlene Burchett (Ed) and Ileane Gardner; his grandson Timothy Gardner; and his nephew Willy Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Arlene Gardner (Jeff) of Arizona, Diane Mullins and Melissa Fisher (Richard) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Derek, Alicia Gardner, Kevin Rannigan (April), Amber Rannigan, Kyle Fisher (Miki), Matthew Fisher and Brittany Peyton (Kaylee); his nephews, Mark Harper, Terry Harper, Dan and Larry Dailey; and his niece Bobbie Dailey. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Werner-Gompf Funeral Services (1106 Park Ave E, Mansfield, OH 44905). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Little Washington Congregational Church (2323 Washington South Rd, Mansfield, OH 44903).
