She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilbur Alexander and Bertha Rose Alexander (Plant); her husband James E. Daugherty, Sr.; her granddaughters, Danielle and Anna; and her siblings, Marilyn Shanklin (Tom), Fredrick Alexander, Melvin Alexander, Betty Hinklin (Harold), James Alexander Jr. and Ruth Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, James Daugherty, Jr. (Lorena), David Daugherty (Sandra), Rodney Daugherty, Robert Daugherty (Edna), Candie Daugherty (Dan), Jeffrey Daugherty (Jennifer) and Michael Daugherty (Nancy); her grandchildren, Jamie, Dusty, Derek, Melissa, Brandon, Amber, Marc, Katlin, Justin, Sarah, Christy, Bobby, Faith, Chelsea, Logan, Rodney, Meriah, Shelby, Tiffany, Jake and Kelli; her great grandchildren, Ivory, Dylan, Layne, Tinley, Gavin, Payton, Braxton, McKenzi, Hudson, Neveah, Johanna, Kallee, Rylin, Max, Sophia, Wrenlee, Bradley, Khiara, Keegan, Kooper, Landan, Gracee, Addy, Lainey, Mason, Ara, Iris and Kash; her sisters, Mary Seckerson (Thomas), Joann Gaston (Ralph) and Nancy Alexander (Chuck Messmore); and her niece Deb Varner (Doris Setser).
