Allen (Gwinn); her siblings, Earnest Allen, Francis Vass, Sadie Peck, Jesse Allen, Hilda Arndt, Helen Houchins, Lousie Sherwood and James Allen; her grandchildren, Jonathan Rigsby, Jennifer Brantley Boice, Travis Brantley and Colby Hildreth; and her daughter Linda Rigsby Brantley.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Eugene Rigsby; her children, Debbie Waugh (Randy), Ronda Shrimplin (Jerry), David Welsh (Jennifer), Tara Shaum (Jeremy) and Jason Amick (Lanetta); her grandchildren, Cameron Welsh (Abigail), Jacob Welsh (Lexi), Ashby Welsh (Taylor), Raygen Hunter (Darick), Jillian Shaum, Crystal Willford (Adam), Jeremy Shrimplin (Kristi), Jacob Shrimplin, Joe Waugh (Jennifer), Debbie Maynard, Nick Waugh and Shelly Robertson (Joshua); her sisters, Rachel Blalock and Betty Woodland (Dan); and her pets, Diego and Shorty. She is also survived by twenty-nine great-grandchildren, eleven great-great-grandchildren.
