She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Moon and Charles Moon; her brothers, Chuck Moon (Jean) and Bill Moon; her brother-in-law Norm Ochalek; and her grandson Josiah Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Lee Smith (John), Douglas Jeffrey Wiltanger (Tiffany), Wendy Sue Markel (David), Robert Shane Wiltanger (Kristen) and Jan Vollmer (Sabine) of Osnabruck, Germany.; her significant other Robert Wiltanger; her siblings, Rose Ochalek, Dan Moon (Karen) and Rita Wukela (Robert); and her sister-in-law Cynthia Moon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one of Cathy's favorite spots: Ohio Bird Sanctuary, 3774 Orweiler Road, Mansfield, OH 44903.
