With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chandice O'Brian of Mansfield, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 25, 2025 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Hannah Sue O'Brian; his nephew Sawyer Mac Echelbarger; and his grandparents, Robert, Elnor O'Brian, James and Ethel Wagoner.

He is survived by: his parents, Robert O'Brian and Joyce O'Brian (Wagoner); his wife Ashley O'Brian; his children, Gatlin Michael O'Brian, Gideon Allen O'Brian, Blake David Berry, Brenna Renae Berry and Griffin Boyd O'Brian; his brother Brandon O'Brian; his parents-in-law, Jeff and Candy Echelbarger; his aunt Karen Burroughs (David); his siblings-in-law, Alexis Dobbs (Brandon), Jacob Echelbarger (Emily) and Aliya Hoffman (Jacob); his nephews, Maverick Lee Dobbs, Remington Lucas Dobbs and Remington Michael Hoffman; and his aunt Renea Gonzalez.
