He is survived by: his wife Wanda May Augustine; his children, Michael Augustine, Suzon Stacco (Dan) and Amy Stegall (Doug); his grandchildren, Heather Wendland, Heidi Thoman, Stacy Walters, Jennifer Sloey, Joseph Stegall and Sarah Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Trevor, Alex, Avery, Aiden, Ayrton and Blakeleigh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice or St. Peter Catholic Church.
