It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine N. Arter of Mansfield, Ohio, born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Carey and Mirtie Carey (Brown); her husband Robert Arter; her siblings, Estil Carey, Hobart Carey, Ray Carey, Joe Carey, Oval Carey, Ann Burkett, Doris Ernsberger and Leroy Carey; and her grandson Brian Clabaugh.
She is survived by: her children, James Arter (Cindy) of Crestline and Cheryl Kramer (Robert) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Scott Clabaugh (Christie) of Shelby and Katie Ventrone (Matt) of Shelby; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary Clabaugh, Tanner, Bentley Ernst and Parker Ventrone; and her sisters, Nancy Armstrong of Lincoln, MO and Grace Hoskins of Wisconsin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
