He is survived by: his fiancée Rhonda Branham; his sons, Christopher Perkins Jr., Patrick Perkins and Aspen Holbrook; his stepchildren, Brittany Cottrell and Kyler Cottrell; his granddaughters, Serenity Cottrell and Sorriah McDonald; his parents, Kathy Perkins and Grady Perkins (Carol); and his siblings, Keith Williams (Amanda) and Christy Agoff. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and cousins.
