He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Addington and Ashley (Ryan Smith); his grandchildren, Adrianna Addington, Allyson Temple and Gabriel Smith; his siblings, Preshie (Dave Stirtzinger), Carrie (Dan English) and Jason (Ashley Addington); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Addington and Kimberly Addington. He is also survived by aunts, cousins and friends.
