He is survived by: his parents, Joel Spencer and Nora Spencer (Trent); his children, Anita Gilliam (Dave) of Olive Hill, KY, Paul Spencer (Wanda) of Bellville, Dale Spencer (Brenda) of Mansfield and Lowell Spencer (Angelene) of Ontario; his grandchildren, Kevin Spencer (Abbie), Brian Spencer (Laurie), Leanna Daniel (Ryan), Sarah Cantrell (Dylan), Christopher Spencer, Katherine Spencer, Zachary Clay Spencer (Susanna), Laura Parsons (Matthew), Katie Lee (Josh), Heather Spencer, Trent Spencer and Emily Spencer; and his siblings, Lloyd Spencer, Carlene Carty (Buddy Wayne) of Shelby, Ann Edenfield (Kenny) of Warren and Earl.
